Any services outside 1:1 counselling and psychotherapy services, including the workshops, programmes, circles, EFT, reiki, colour therapy, YouTube videos and other creative/product resources offered by Zoe Hilbert through Rebellious Rue and A Deeper Sense are for educational, personal development, reflective purposes only. They are not a substitute for formal counselling or psychotherapy. The techniques, insights and creative practices are based on my experiences and education. They are not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Participation in these offerings does not constitute a therapeutic relationship. If you are experiencing significant emotional distress, trauma symptoms, or require professional mental health support, please seek help from a qualified counsellor, GP, or emergency service.
While I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, my role in group settings, courses, or self-guided resources is as a wellbeing facilitator, not as your personal therapist.
Your participation is voluntary, and you are responsible for your own wellbeing throughout.

By booking or purchasing, you agree to the terms below:
1. Nature & Scope of Services
Offerings are non-therapeutic, unless it’s 1:1 counselling and psychotherapy services with a signed agreement. As per above disclaimer.
If your needs exceed the scope (e.g. clinical distress), I may refuse participation and offer alternative professional referral.
I reserve the right to remove anyone without notice from my services, this maybe to protect others, the space or due to inappropriate behaviours etc.
2. Maintaining Therapeutic Boundaries (for Counselling Clients)
If you are currently receiving counselling with me through A Deeper Sense, I kindly ask that you do not join my workshops, trainings, circles, or memberships at this time. It is a professional commitment to protecting the safety, privacy, and integrity of our therapeutic relationship. Mixing roles can create confusion, dilute the depth of therapy, and risk the sense of containment that is so vital in our 1:1 work together. If you happen to sign up without realising this, I may gently reach out to offer a refund or discuss an alternative option. I also reserve the right to remove current therapy clients without notice from non-therapeutic offerings in order to honour these boundaries and ensure everyone’s needs are met with clarity and care. If you’re unsure whether something is appropriate to join, please feel free to reach out and we can explore it together. I’m always happy to talk it through
3. Booking, Payment & Price Changes
Payment must be made in full at booking.
I reserve the right to change increase prices at any time for any service without prior notice, your ticket price is guaranteed only upon booking. Pricing is reflective of the time, experience, care and preparation that goes into my work.
4. Cancellations, Transfers & Force Majeure
Purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Transfers to another person are permitted with 24 hours’ notice.
In event of cancellation by me (e.g. illness, venue issues), you may opt for full refund or rescheduling.
5. Liability & Limitations
You participate at your own risk. Services may stir emotional and holistic content, you take full responsibility for your own wellbeing during and after and workshops, events and services. I accept no liability for indirect, consequential, or emotional harm. You agree to seek appropriate professional support if and where necessary for yourself.
6. Use of Materials
All creative content, art, written materials, tools, rituals, and resources remain the intellectual property of Zoe Hilbert / Rebellious Rue / A Deeper Sense and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without explicit written consent. Use of materials is restricted to your personal use.
7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Confidentiality within group settings is expected, but cannot be guaranteed among other participants. I collect minimal personal data, stored securely and not shared. See Privacy Policy for details.
8. Ethics & Insurance
I maintain appropriate insurance covering services.
I commit to ongoing CPD, reflective practice to ensure safe and ethical delivery.
9. Termination or Withdrawal of Services
I may terminate or refuse service if participation poses risk to you or the group, or exceeds my scope and training.
10. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
If dissatisfaction arises, please contact me directly.
11. Recording & Repurposing of Events and Content
By attending any workshop, training, or event, you consent to the session being recorded (audio and/or video), solely for the purposes of content development, accessibility, marketing and future repurposing and reselling.
Where possible, I do my best for recordings will focus on my delivery as the facilitator. Group sharing and participant discussions will either not be included or will be anonymised, edited out, or recorded with care.
These recordings may be repurposed, edited, and sold as digital products, courses, or resources under Zoe Hilbert, Rebellious Rue or A Deeper Sense.
If you do not wish your voice, image, name or contributions to be included, you can notify me in advance, and please participate without identifying name tag/camera/microphone during recorded portions.
By continuing to attend a recorded session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
12. Shop Products – Art, Products, Oracle Cards & Tools
12.1 Shipping & Delivery
Products are shipped within the timeframe stated on the product page (typically within 3–7 working days).
I currently ship within the UK only
Once items are dispatched, I am not responsible for delivery delays/damage caused by postal services.
12.2 Returns & Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photographs, and I will do my best to replace or refund it.
Items must be returned in original condition to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
12.3 Intellectual Property
All designs, illustrations, words, and artwork (including card decks, prints, and packaging) remain the intellectual property of Zoe Hilbert/ Rebellious Rue / A Deeper Sense and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without permission.
12.4 Ritual Tools & Spiritual Use
I accept no liability for harm caused by products sold, including indirect, consequential, or emotional and psychical harm. Oracle cards, affirmation decks, products, art and tools are offered for personal inspiration, reflection, and spiritual connection. They are not medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic tools, and are not intended to replace therapy, counselling, or medical advice.
Your intuitive relationship with these tools is uniquely yours, I encourage you to engage with them in a way that feels empowering, respectful, and grounding.
