I do not store payment card details — transactions are handled via secure processors like Stripe, PayPal, or GoDaddy Payments.

       •       Counselling records are held for 7 years after the end of therapy, as recommended by my professional bodies.
       •       Workshop and event data is held for 2 years.
       •       Financial records (e.g. orders and receipts) are kept for 6 years for tax/legal purposes.

You have the right to request that I delete or update your data at any time (except where required by law to retain it).

Workshops, trainings, or circles will be recorded unless stated. These recordings are used for:

Providing replays to attendees

If you choose to contribute (e.g. verbally or on camera), please be aware your voice or image may be captured.

I will where possible try not to share identifying contributions (e.g. participant names, faces, or personal disclosures) without explicit consent.
